Commercial Sales Director, Europe

We are looking for an eager, self-starting Commercial Sales Director to join our team! This is a commercial sales position that carries a sales quota and plan. The commercial sales director develops, oversees and supports distribution channels and direct sales efforts in an assigned territory.  Current geography is Western Europe with the opportunity to expand into the Middle East and Africa.


  • Manages distribution sales channels, resellers and direct sales efforts for sales performance
  • Provides distributor and reseller support on sales calls, executive presentations, tenders, pricing and contracting
  • Provides distributor and reseller training and knowledge transfer of InTouch sales principles
  • Develops region sales plan and campaigns to drive market demand
  • Prepares regular sales forecasts and provides progress updates to leadership
  • Works closely with account and technical teams for customer planning, implementation and training

Knowledge, Skills & Ability

  • Fluent in written and spoken English; multilingual is highly desired.
  • Background in sales and/or business developing on one of the following areas:
    • IT Systems Integration / Business Process Outsourcing in healthcare,
    • Healthcare IT/informatics (EMR, PACS, workflow), or
    • Hospital capital equipment/medical technology
  • Must have working knowledge of hospital administrative and procurement processes for the public and private sectors (Ministry of Health, federal and regional government health authorities, defense, and hospitals)
  • Proficiency with WiFi, Cloud Applications, Mobility, Web and Chat applications


  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required
  • A minimum of 5-8 years combined direct sales and sales management experience preferably in hospital capital, medical technology or healthcare IT/informatics
  • A successful sales track record and demonstrated experience in managing distributors

Working Conditions

  • Home office based
  • Extensive travel is required
  • Hospital environments: ER, ICU, patient wards and administrative offices
  • Be able to move/lift demonstration equipment
    • Crated products up to 114 kg with wheeled assistance
    • Boxed equipment and related tools up to 23 kg
