Director, Professional Services & Delivery

We are looking for an eager, self-starting Director, Professional Services & Delivery to join our team! The director is responsible for building a Professional Services & Delivery organization that will lead clinical implementation of Enterprise TeleHealth solutions inclusive of medical devices, clinical applications, and workflow solutions.


  • Process Development
    • Establish team structure and hire key Program/Project Manager direct reports
    • Establish Standard Work Instruction (SWI) for product implementation
    • Establish playbook for implementation plans/checklists/schedules
    • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and handoffs between Delivery, Product/Operations and Technical Services/Support
    • Establish and implement scalable training program for implementation of all products
    • Establish and execute completion of service process for revenue recognition
  • Support Proposal Development
    • Create project Statement of Work (SOW)
    • Estimate Professional Services contribution
    • Develop on-site work plan and detailed project timeline
  • Implementation/Delivery
    • Accept handoff from sales
    • Develop master implementation and installation plans/schedule/scope
    • Develop on-site work plan and timeline
    • Manage new account implementation, users, utilization
    • Develop and execute customer MD, RN, IT training plan
    • Deliver entire telemedicine solution to customer  

Knowledge, Skills & Ability

  • Program/Project Management experience
  • Must have working knowledge of hospital clinical services and operations in the public and private sectors
  • Familiarity with medical software technology and health care IT (interoperability/integration)
  • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Project and Visio, Web browsers, Wi-Fi and cloud applications


  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required, RN, MBA, MPH, MPA is desirable
  • A minimum of 8-10 years combined hospital and corporate experience preferably in hospital clinical services, operations, and program or project management
  • A successful project management, clinical services and operations track record

Working Conditions

  • Corporate office based
  • Domestic travel is required
  • Hospital/Clinical environments: ER, ICU, patient wards, home care, and administrative offices
