Sr. Product Specialist

We are looking for an eager, self-starting Sr. Product Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide clinical/technical product support for sales demonstrations of our robotic telecommunications systems to ensure that sales demos run smoothly; contribute to effective customer service by providing ongoing product/technical support at customer sites, including product installation, customer training and preventative maintenance. 


  • Provide technical product support for sales demonstrations
  • Perform wireless network audits of customer sites
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with InTouch Health systems
  • Manage equipment transport, setup, and demonstrations
  • Implement product installation and training at customer sites
  • Manage ongoing product and technical support at customer sites
  • Conduct follow-on training and in-servicing of hospital customers
  • Interface with physicians, hospital executives, IT staff and other personnel
  • Promote adoption, utilization and expansion of product at customer sites
  • Partner with corporate and field staff to develop training materials
  • Work closely with sales force in support of sales
  • Conduct customer validation of products
  • Be a high level technical resource for the field force
  • Ensure all endpoints have a high level of availability and stability within the region
  • Work with Tech Services to audit and maintain the KB articles
  • Be available for OEM and Distributor Training
  • Perform regular ride-along training with regional ream members
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Ability

  • Detailed knowledge and experience with wireless networks, set up and configuration
  • Possess a high level of product knowledge and company goals
  • Advanced knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting
  • Ability to perform complex computer hardware component level replacement
  • Must be able to meet standard requirements by various vendor clearance agencies used by customers


  • Work as a Product Specialist for a minimum of 18 months with a high degree of accuracy and excellence
  • Degree in discipline relating to engineering, computer science or IT
  • CCNA designation highly desired
  • Experience:  1-2 years experience in healthcare field with background in technical sales support, project management and coordination, healthcare IT or wireless infrastructure desired

Working Conditions

  • Field based from home office.
  • Must be able to move/transport robots, weighing over 200 lbs. with wheeled assistance
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
  • Up to 75% travel in assigned region required
